Terms of Use

Waekey Guard · last updated 25 September 2026

Who this is for

This app is issued to you by your employer as a work tool. Your agreement about using it is with them: their rules about phones, overtime, reporting and conduct apply here exactly as they do elsewhere. These terms sit underneath that and cover the app itself.

Waekey is a product of Premak Services Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16865244. Registered office: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ.

Your account

Using it honestly

Records made in this app are used to pay people, to bill clients, and sometimes as evidence for police, insurers or a court. So:

Occurrence book entries, incident reports and the audit log cannot be edited once saved. If you make a mistake, add a new entry correcting it.

What this app cannot do

These are real limits, not small print. Do not rely on any of them working, because they do not:

Screens marked Not live in the app do nothing at all. They are there so the layout is familiar when the feature arrives.

Location

The app asks for your location when you clock on, when you clock off and when you scan a checkpoint. You can refuse the permission and the app still works — the location is simply stored as blank. How your employer treats a blank location is between you and them. The Privacy Notice explains what is recorded.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. It depends on your phone, your signal and our hosting provider. Your employer should have a way of working that does not fall over when the app does — a paper fallback, or the phone.

Our responsibility

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of faults, and we are not liable for losses caused by it being unavailable, by information being entered incorrectly, or by anyone relying on one of the limits listed above.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Stopping

Your employer can withdraw your access at any time, normally when you stop working for them. The records you made stay in the system — they belong to the business, not to the account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Significant changes will be passed on through your employer.
